The Job
- Being the most strategic, trusted, and preferred partner for the customer and internal stakeholders to make sure customer technical necessities are met and maintained at the highest level.
- Provide the best solution to the customer using the products / Solutions stack that the company offers.
- Ensuring all Tech related issues are handled smoothly during pre-sales and post-sales.
- Providing solutions to all internal parties in order to provide the optimal solution to the customer.
- Assist Solution engineers to propose futuristic solutions to align the company network and customer network to generate a win-win situation for both parties.
- Actively engaging with the Business Units and providing the best solutions to customers.
- Analyze current customer network performance and predict any future issues to prevent them from Electronicsoccurring.
- Taking proactive measures to avoid frequent faults and ensuring smooth operations in the future.
- Take up necessary discussions and actions as preventive measures with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Introduce industry best practices to both customers and internal teams.
The Person
• Bachelors in Engineering in Electrical / Electronic / Telecommunications or HND along with 4 - 5 years of work experience.
• Should possess sound knowledge in telecommunication, networking.
• Knowledge in IoT, Cloud, IDC would be an added advantage.
• Should be able to understand customers' technical needs.
• Proven track record of excellent customer handling skills.
• Outgoing personality.
• Negotiation skills with strong perseverance to solve issues.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Should possess Excellent Analytical Knowledge.
