MTU Solutions Specialist
Responsibilities
- Responsible to establish overall solution proposal delivery timelines and monitoring process for their achievement within standard timelines.
- Lead support engineers and other stakeholders in the process to solve issues and get back to standards and mitigate delays.
- Monitor solution design standards and costing accuracy, operation and streamline any deviations in the projects.
- Lead continuous improvements in the processes and standards looking at the market demand and environment/industry changes.
- Responsible to Monitor and control overall solution implementation and delivery timelines and ensure their achievement within SLAs.
- Ensure to decide remedial actions for any deviations, and support engineers, other stakeholders in the process to solve issues and taking implementation of projects back to standards timelines and SLAs.
- Require to direct teams to ensure high quality sustainable solutions are given to corporate customers and thereby cater for business targets.
- Responsible for customer requirement gathering and assure solution delivery is according to customer expectation and budgets.
- Accountable to Present weekly/monthly/annual KPI and other operational reports and findings
- Lead the department in relevant planning and operational meetings/activities
- Require to plan and request budgets related to network operations activities
- Responsible to set Targets for Staff members to achieve from Training & Development
- Monitor and evaluate the development of the staff and making use of the new skills of theirs.
Requirements
- Should possess a B.Sc. Engineering Degree in Electronic/Telecommunication/IT or Equivalent Qualification
- Excellent Project Management Skills
- Excellent knowledge in modern technology and applications
- Minimum 6-7 years of experience in a relevant field would be an added advantage.
